Parish Council Declarations
Quote from the website of South Norfolk District Council -
"We are required to include a register detailing interests for all parish councillors on our website. Councillors are asked to complete a declaration of interests form, which includes all information required to be disclosed under the Disclosable Pecuniary Interest Regulations 2012, and any other interests the Councillor wishes to disclose. Some interests are considered to be "sensitive" and, therefore, are not listed on the declaration of interest form."

In order to comply with current legal requirements regarding the declarations of pecuniary interest of parish councillors, Ashby St Mary Parish Council suggests viewing the following link for those of its parish councillors.

Care Quality Commission's GP Practice Ratings
The CQC's ratings of GPs surgeries which the Parish Council last became aware of was announced on 17th November 2014.
Ratings are shown at 6 for the highest to 1 for the lowest.
Called Intelligent Monitoring, the three surgeries monitored and rated by the CQC nearest to Ashby St Mary were the Chet Valley Medical Practice at Loddon, and the Heathgate Medical Practice and Old Mill and Millgates Medical Practice both at Poringland.

The Chet Valley Medical Practice, Loddon is rated 6, the highest rating.
[Bizarrely, despite its correct postcode, the CQC map shows the surgery location, not at Loddon, but situated between Raveningham and Toft Monks!]
The practice is shown under the title Dr Barrie and Partners, not Chet Valley. Its CQC Intelligent Monitoring Report can be opened here - cqc_chet_valley

The Heathgate Medical Practice, Poringland is rated 5.
