AREA 'FINDS'

If you are interested in ancient relics, ruins, old coins, land markings, and earthenware fragments then this page will be of interest.
Check the lists below for 'find' that occurred within Ashby St Mary and the many 'finds' in other local parishes including Carleton St. Peter, Chedgrave, Claxton, Hellington, Langley, Rockland St Mary, and Thurton.
The two documents list the individually numbered 'finds' made within those areas while two maps show the position of each list entry by black squares with the corresponding listed number next to it.
There is even a reference to the discovery of an engine from a crashed aircraft.
Other unpublished documents show similar 'finds' in the following parishes - Trowse Newton, Arminghall, Framingham Pigot, Bramerton, Loddon, Heckingham, Norton Subcourse, Thurlton and St. Olaves.
